Tell us about the location in the photos.

When you start learning about the culture, the history and the nature of Iceland… you fall in love automatically! It’s a unique place on Earth. For me, it almost became an obsession… I visited Iceland in 2011 and since then, I never stop informing myself about it. My girlfriend and I are planning to go there again maybe in 2014 or 2015. And for a photographer, Iceland is pure bliss! I took 3,631 pictures in 9 days.

How long have you been a photographer?

I started photography in college around 1997; we were still developing our pictures in a dark room at that time. It was mainly black and white photography. I was an early adopter of digital photography, in 1999 or 2000, I bought my first digital camera; a Kodak DC215, a 1 megapixels camera!

Does anything in particular influence your photography style?

Not really. Honestly, I go with my feelings.

What is your dream adventure photography location?

Iceland was my dream destination and still is a dream destination. But Greenland, New Zealand, Bolivia and Chile are some dream destinations i have.
